How to Connect Coinbase

Prerequisites

Verify your identity on Coinbase.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

Access API Settings:

Log in to your Coinbase account.
Click on the More button in the left-hand side panel.

Select API:

Select Create API key:

Configure API Key:
- Give your API key a nickname (e.g., "TR8DEAI").
- Permissions: Ensure ONLY the following permissions are enabled:
  - View (allows reading account balances and history)
  - Trade (execute trades on your behalf)

DO NOT ENABLE TRASFER/WITHDRAWAL

IP Whitelisting:
- Copy the TR8DE.AI server IP addresses and paste them into the IP whitelist field:
  - 123.456.789.0
  - 123.456.789.1
  - 123.456.789.2

Note: For actual server IPs, please refer to the TR8DE.AI platform during the connection process:

Select Create & download.

Complete the 2-Factor authentication:

Save Your Keys:

Copy the API key name and the Private key. Store them in a safe location.
Important Note:
- The "API key name" from Coinbase is used as the "API Key" in TR8DE.AI.
- The "Private key" from Coinbase is used as the "Secret Key" in TR8DE.AI.
Once saved, select I've saved my key on Coinbase.
Enter Your Keys on TR8DE.AI:
- You will paste these keys into the TR8DE.AI platform in the next step of the connection process.
